There was a company on ebay selling complete, new, 2 door doors a couple of months ago. They kept appearing on the site, so maybe still haven't sold.
CSK 109: Genuinely 34K miles, genuinely unrestored, genuinely in need of some TLC.

think they were based in ireland (the southen bit)
