Well just seen that one drive past me own the Edgware Road lunchtime today. Sounded nice too.. Almost as good as mine :D

I have not done it but believe you are correct, that's what the manual says. However you may not be able to get the bolts undone. I tried on mine and sheered one off, so for now they are staying in place.

G, a question on fitting your after market alarm, how did you connect it into the central locking system, any information would be useful.

Not sure it sold it was in the brooklands auction last week. I went to the viewing looking at a couple of other cars. It did look good, just about brand new. Interior leather was original though. As far as I know it didn't sell. The 2 door production number 1 I think went for 120k last week. Dave.

It appears it was "passed" in the auction, so appears not to have got a bid!
