Taken from car and classic:

Range Rover CSK 001 is a truly unique vehicle.

There were only 200 CSK's made by Land Rover and this is number 001.

CSK 001 is in great condition having been prepared by Land Rover for display at the Paris Motor Show in 2011 & 2012.

Search online for Range Rover CSK to find more pics & info.

Has been used by Land Rover for the Press Launch of the Range Rover Sport in 2005. The Launch of the Evoque in 2010 and the launch of the Range Rover 4 in 2012.

Was the main feature of the July 2006 edition of Land Rover Enthusiast, covering several pages.

I have a full History of the car along with many photo's and of course the wooden presentation box containing the brochure and the signed certificate from Charles Spencer King.

Offers over £65,000 are invited for this unique piece of Land Rover & British motoring!

Apart from the work that Land Rover themselves have done the car is in original condition with only 22,300 genuine miles of light use.

Blimey, just a bit over-priced!

5 years back, Gem was trying to sell this car at £25,000 and it didn't sell then (that was of course after LR did their "resto" job on it for the RR Sport launch) and before that I'm sure he had it for sale at about £17000.

((Actually, look at the register on this site - in 2006 Gem had it valued at *ONLY* £17500.00))

From what I can tell, not a hell of a lot more has been done to it since, although it obviously hasn't been driven significantly as I remember its milage at that time as being 21 or 22k.

... the history isn't as "clean" as some of the other cars - I would think that no.200 (which was built before Gem's no.1) is far more interesting as it was originally owned by Spen King; and mine for example has only had one previous owner and had only done 32K miles when I bought it (I've now upped that to about 43K). I too have the presentation box etc. but I wouldn't reckon to get anywhere near the money Gem wants!
CSK 109: Genuinely 34K miles, genuinely unrestored, genuinely in need of some TLC.
