CSK 15... off to Poland!

by Johnners » Sat Jul 28, 2007 6:42 pm

Dear All,

Just to let you all know that CSK 15 has sold to a Polish art dealer; assuming the transaction goes through OK (ie the money appears before the car is expected to depart!) then it should be heading abroad in a couple of weeks...

The plate G15 CSK will this be separated from it (a shame) but I am retaining it; if anyone is interested in it then please do let me know. I'm not sure it's worth a lot but if someone offered me £175 it's theirs...but feel free to phone and haggle! Regards, John 07789 883499

Hello there, Sir! Funnily enough, your CSK #15 has just found its way back to Western civilisation and is probabl the most expensive CSK that has recently changed hands. I just brought it to Geneva from Venice where it was imported in LHD from Poland last March. I was wondering if you still had any original docs, MOT certificates, whatever left. I will also be interested in the original G15 CSK plate, but only and if I register the car in the UK (maybe in Spring '11). Cheers, Sergey Sidorov. Geneva, Switzerland.

From pics in the sale ad I found on Autoscout the CSK seemed to have still its original plates supplied...
To register it in Italy I suppose the dealer had to give the V5 back to italian local ministry of transport office...
But maybe in UK with original plates you should be able to reimport it...

I still have the V5 for the vehicle and did send a pm to the current owner but no response. I imagine that being in possession of the V5 would make re-registration in the UK with the number G15 CSK considerably easier, not to mention adding to the value of the vehicle!
