Presentation box and certificate CSK nr. 050

I am looking for the original presentation box and certificate issued with CSK 050.

The rest of the documentation is quite abundant, including the original owners manual, MOT slips, insurance and service history, but the certificate and box are still missing.

Any sugestions?
