Spot lamp mountings CSK 4

My panel off respray is finished and I have finished "dressing" CSK 004 apart from the doors. Being in NZ there was no rust whatsoever, but the paint work was faded with the sun. My front bumper does not have any holes in for the spot lights. How were they fixed? Mine did not have any when purchased. Suspect fromnt bumper replaced at some time.

Just drilled through the bumper and affixed with a bolt.
