My theory on no.28 (as I've said on here before) is that it's simply over-priced.
Looking at the photos gives away some of what is / has been wrong with it in the past; which in turn must give an indication of it's current state.
I think that if they dropped the price to about £4000 they'd sell it very easily!

Been doing some work to my CSK, Breaks, service, suspension and a bloody good clean. Replacing the fuel pipes this weekend as the old one's leaked all over the exhaust manifold. Still got loads too doo ! Where or how can I get the a pillars around the front screen repaired ?
Dont worry James the 50th's not getting neglected

Reigate Hill Autos did the A pilars for me on my "old" CSK. If they're close to you, their number is: 01737 240744

My A pillars, and a fair bit more besides, are being done by a classic car restoration expert in Bedfordshire. It's slow work, but the results are impressive. I'll be posting some photos here before too long, and providing full contact details etc. But this guy is overbooked already, so he's staying a secret until mine is finished!!!

Re: Heloooooooo
my pillars got done by a bloke in Little Bytham in Lincolnshire. Very good job! David Harby and his num is 01780 410450. Just got back from a round the country in a weekend (couple of weddings!) in the Csk and not a problem! bit pricy on fuel but was well worth it. you see so much more sitting higher and effortless cruising up the motorways!
only one problem really. somewhere bettween home and Dumfries is a LHS rear bumper end cap! if anyone sees it can you post it to me! (:D
going to have to do a pay and play day before i start a rebuild!
