My CSK Nr. 063 has arrived and except for the sagging headlining is ok. I'm looking for the original presentation box and the original signed certificate. Evrything was with he car (even the radio code card) but not those two items.

seems like a regular search! I'm getting a letter together to the previous owners of Num: 57 to see if they can help with finding the box and ceertificate! Good luck in your search and i'll keep my eyes open for you!
