A Homage to Charles Spencer King
In 1990, to mark the Range Rover's 20th anniversary, Land Rover created something unique. Just 200 examples of a two-door Range Rover, finished exclusively in Beluga Black, tuned to 185bhp and equipped to Vogue SE specification.
They named it after Charles Spencer King — the quiet engineer who had designed the original Range Rover two decades earlier. It remains the fastest, and many would say finest, Classic Range Rover ever built.
